Myself
I’m employed by Computacenter as a consultant within their Virtualisation Team assisting organisations with their adoption, migration and environmental challenges.
Previously I worked for large national mutual Building Society designing and deploying core infrastructure projects and this is where my passion for virtualisation and experiences with VMware started. I took all my enthusiasm to VMworld in 2006 & 2008 delivering presentations on Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and P2V with VMware. A few webcasts and documents still linger on the VMware website with my name brandished across them.

After my long standing role within a financial institution I took to the road evangelising about virtualisation having experienced first hand the benefits it can bring. Over the course of a year I assisted a variety of companies with unique scenarios and found myself with a lead in to my now current employer. The door has now been opened to a greater audience.
This blog
You’ll find information about my virtualisation experiences past and present, thoughts on technical approaches and business process. Of course, none of the information reflects the opinions of my employer it’s simply a dumping ground for ideas and ramblings.
